TERMS OF REFERENCE

POSITION: Expert/s for developing a capacity building training program for CSOs on high-level advocacy, data collection, analysis and monitoring for issues related to actions against violation of human rights, including women, children, labour and social rights, migration and combating organized crime, especially human trafficking and (labour) exploitation.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE  SELECTION PROCESS

Interested expert/s should develop and submit the bidding proposal in English language to respond to above-mentioned specific tasks no later than 03.May.2019

The bidding proposal should include:

• CV of experts involved emphasizing relevant experience, description of previous similar work, including at least references from previous clients
• Clear description of the approach and as well as brief description of training program
• Financial proposal
• Writing samples of previous training methodologies and/or programs.

The selection process will be based on the following evaluation criteria:

Brief presentation of the experts and the experience in similar activities:

Description of previous work, samples of previous methodologies done, Proposed methodology and approach, Relevance of biography (area of interest, years of experience), Financial proposal

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION

All bids need to be submitted no later than 03. May 2019, at 17:00h in electronic version, to the email mtodorovska@lastarda.org.mk. A selection will be made no later than 06.May .2019 and the selected expert/s will be contracted no later than 07.May.2019 only short listed consultants/teams will be contacted.
